IPL 2021: Royal Challengers Bangalore win for the fourth time in a row, beat Rajasthan by 10 wickets

Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Rajasthan Royals by 10 wickets in the IPL match on Thursday with a brilliant half-century of Devdut Pedikal's first century (101 not out) and captain Virat Kohli's not-out 72.



Rajasthan scored 177 for nine in 20 overs with stormy innings by Shyam Dubey (46) and Rahul Teutia (40) but Bangalore were 181 for no loss in 16.3 overs with the best innings of Paddick and Virat. Made and won the match easily.

Bangalore has once again secured the first position in the points table. Run Machine Virat also completed his 6000 runs in IPL with this innings and he became the first batsman to do so.

Batting first, Rajasthan scored 177 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Jose Butler scored 8 runs, Manan Vohra scored 7 runs, Sanju Samson scored 21 runs, Miller only, Shyam Dubey scored 46 runs, Ryan Prague scored 25 runs, Rahul Teutia scored 40 runs, Chris Morris scored 10 runs and Sherris Gopal scored seven runs.

Both Bangalore openers Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikal led the team to victory. Virat Kohli (72) and Devdut Padikal (101) remained unbeaten. Bangalore won the match with 21 balls to spare.
